"I have been buying these slip ons for years in different colours. They are the comfiest and most hard wearing summer shoe I have ever had. And they are washable which is a bonus when you have the beige ones. I get lots of people asking where they are from!"
"For me, I can only wear these with socks because the pattern rubs into the side of my toes, and that’s quite unfortunate because I bought these because I thought the pattern was cute and wearing socks with them makes having a pattern pointless. The insole they came with squeaks and sticks with bare feet also so this shoe for me was sadly a waste of money."
"They are so narrow. Don't even know if the size is correct because I couldn't even get them on they were so narrow. I do have wide feet, but they aren't THAT wide that I shouldn't be able to get on regular shoes. I have another pair of Toms that are wide fit, and they stretched out A LOT, so I figured the regular size would be fine. I wish Toms made more of their shoes in wide options so I could at least get them on. These are supposed to be comfortable shoes so should be in comfortable sizing. I had to return them"

"We originally ordered the Alpargata classic in natural embroidered floral, size 10, during your birthday sale. This was indicated as in stock. We placed order, payment was made, approved and I received email that order was received and would be shipped. Later that evening, about 10 hours after successfully ordering on your site, I received another email stating that due to 'unforseen circumstances' the order was cancelled. This was truly disappointing, as the shoes were for my daughter, who is a single mom currently on disability due to health issues, and it is not often that she is able to receive something that she has been really wanting and wishing for. Upon trying to re-order immediately upon receipt of cancellation, the desired shoe was no longer available. To try and compensate, I ordered the black Alpargata shoes for her immediately, to take advantage of the tremendous savings available during this one day sale, however the closest size was 9. 5, which are a little snug, but not terribly uncomfortable, and having had Tom's previously, I am aware that they will stretch to accommodate. I question why the original order was cancelled with no reasonable explanation, and even more curious is why the exact same shoe for which I received cancellation, showed available in the desired size and colour the very next day. I would appreciate if you could perhaps clarify these questions for me. Thank you in advance"
