"I’ve ordered my products to a postage box and I cannot get them. I have contacted Toms about this but I’ve had no response. So at the moment, I have not got over £100 worth of shoes. I’m hoping this review will get Toms to respond. I love Toms shoes so I’m gutted I can’t get to them."
"The shoes look great and are well constructed. Because the canvas is stiff, the back of the shoe rubs on the back of my foot. It’s okay for wearing out and about but I won’t be wearing when walking any distance."
"I have been trying to buy the black Moroccan alpargata crochet Tom’s for over two months every time you say you have a deal you never have them in stock so I had to purchase the white pair in a size 11, which I’m a size 10 I’m very disappointed. I have been a valued customer for probably 12+ years. You continually send me emails text messages oh we’re having great deals wonderful deals. You’re such a loyal customer purchased these shoes and they’re never in stock in my size. I don’t understand. I’m just very disappointed."

"I have purchased Toms for 20 years . First the Alpargata Classic which were super comfy. Then they brought out the Alpargata Plus a few years ago. These had a flat (not darted) toe and fab mallow soles. They were like walking on air. I bought several pairs. I kept one for best whilst walking miles and miles in the others (even all the way around Sicily!) Then came to time, after many years, to replace them and I was so sad to see that, for some reason, Toms have ‘retired’ them. The replacement is back to the darted toe (which is ok) and has a sole which is barely thicker than the classic. What’s more is that, not only are they not as comfortable as the old ‘plus’ version they are actually not even as comfortable as the classic. They rub so badly I can’t wear them without stepping down the back and putting plasters on the bridge of my feet! There is nothing else out there like the old Alpargata Plus and I find it unfathomable that they would discontinue them. 🤷♀️"
"Very cute and comfortable shoe for work I did end up sizing up a half size ans they fit perfectly. I'm usually a 6. 5 in the lesser padded Toms shoes and bought a 7"
"The website is easy to navigate and the only problem is so much to choose from! I ordered the alpargata plus in olive green canvas. They arrived about a week later. They look smart and are comfortable to wear. I have very narrow feet so have to place insoles inside."
"I’ve had several pairs of Alpargatas over the years. These are my first Alparagata Plus and they’re so supportive and soft. Love the print too. Got my regular size 7 for Toms (usually between 7-7. 5 depending on shoe). They’re a bit roomier but comfortable. Happy with these!"
"My first pair of Tom's ever. Was happy to take advantage of the birthday sale. We bought 4 pairs. 2 for me and 2 for my male friend. I only tried on mine as I got them for work and im on vacation but they were comfy. And my friend loves and wears his almost daily."
