"I received a man's size 10 instead of the women's size 10 I ordered, which is quite disappointing as I was eagerly anticipating wearing these shoes. It appears Toms charges for return shipping, even though the incorrect item was sent to me. Furthermore, I've noticed that the women's size 10 is no longer available on the website."
