"These look great but I can't keep them on. They are wide and because of the cut don't work. The regular Tom's canvas shoes are wide but I can wear them. People with fairly narrow feet need to avoid this style."

Cute but run very big.
"I ordered 2 different style shoes. Same size. The other style fit perfectly but these ran very large. I didn’t know there was no free returns from my state so I’ll keep these with padding inside."
Not comfortable
"These shoes are very cute but also uncomfortable. The fabric is very stiff and thick and not comfortable. I will definitely have to work on breaking them in. Not sure if washing would help but I am considering trying it."

"I never bought Tom’s before as I found them so uncomfortable. Then I purchased a pair of boots, they were sooo comfy! My favorite everyday boots. So then I decided on these, as the return policy was great, I cannot believe how AMAZING & comfortable these shoes are! Not only that, I got the leopard print and they are very stylish! "I gave this shoe a 2 for style. Otherwise, I cannot wear this shoe. The heel is way too big so it slips off my foot. I wish that manufacturers made their shoes to fit better."
Loose
"I normally wear a size 10, but I’ve bought 9. 5 in Tom’s before. Then I bought these navy shoes and (9. 5) and they are loose. I really don’t think I could fit my foot into a size 9. I’m a little disappointed. I do like Toms product and I will keep these shoes, I just wish that the sizing was more consistent."

"Out of the 50 or so pairs I own, they all fit well except for this pair. Sadly, they are too wide and a bit too long. I have ordered the same size for all of them. I slipped on my brand new shoes and couldn’t keep them on. I don’t like to send things back, so will try insoles. Maybe they will help. Disappointed this time. Not a bad score. 1 out of 50 ish."

"The size is very off. I have owned countless pairs of toms, always in the same time. These arrived and are HUGE. as I am in Canada I cannot return them, unless I pay for shipping and restocking. Those costs will equate to more than the price of the shoes. I am now out the money, and these are not cheap shoes"
