"I have average size feet. I have absolutely no problem with finding shoes that fit and always. Find the shoes I buy are try to size. This shows run so incredibly small Toms should be ashamed of themselves. I because I bought them when they had a special deal, they didn't allow returns. Hope a small child enjoys them because that's the only person these shoes will fit! I will never buy directly from Tim's again! Lesson learned!!"

"These shoes were so tight on my instep I scheduled an exchange for half size up. Then I realized if it was the instep longer wouldn’t help because I still had room in the toes if it stretched. So I wore them one day without walking. Just propped my feet up and watched TV. The next day my foot slid right in. They were stretched while just sitting, and have relaxed some more after wearing them a while. Now they are so comfy I’m glad I didn’t send them back."

"My usual shoe size is 4 in children's or 6 in ladies. With TOMS shoes I have to order 6 1/2. They fit perfectly. Takes a bit to break them in for me. I wear a large bandaid on back of heel where rubs until they get broke in. But once broke in they are my favorite shoes."
