"I was so bummed about this purchase because I trust TOMS to be a solid brand with quality shoes, but these shoes fell apart after three wears around my indoor office. The heels of the shoe have a covering that peels off with each wear. I feel pretty devastated because they were not cheap. I thought I was buying something for quality, but steer clear! Worried TOMS has fallen to fast fashion."

"I love these boots so much that I got them in tan also. I appreciate the heel height and really like the toe cap. I would recommend wearing them for a shorter amount of time first to get used to the amount of pressure on the ball of the feet before graduating to wearing them all day. Important note: I own several pairs of boots from this company. I have noticed that the lower the heel, the smaller the size I need. For instance, I wear a 9. 5 in Marlow. I wear a 10 in these. I wear an 11 in Noa. The company has been awesome about allowing me to exchange for a different size (even if they say Sale Final) as long as I have not worn them."

"I was impressed with the exterior but once I put them on, they were very uncomfortable which was very surprising to me. I was told I would get credit after returning them but that was 2 weeks ago and still no credit which feels like a big waste. I would not order online since they are horrible with returns—try them on first."
