"These are darling shoes, without being cutesy or dorky -- both of which I don't work for me. They're quite comfortable, and don't look like silly Keds, because they have the elevation of the platform; the fraying gives them a worn-in look, but the shoe is dressier than Walk Hero, or the like. Toms never disappoints!"

"The return policy is horrid, they charge you a restocking fee. I tried the brand for the first time seeing some cute shoes. . Not knowing how fit ordered several pairs. Kept two returned the rest. Hit with a fee for each pair. Will never order again from this company. Especially when so many other brands do not charge for returns. So much for customer service. Extremely disappointed"

I ordered a size 6. 5 (which is the same size I had previously purchased in the black) and they were not at all close to being a size 6. 5. I still love my black pair that is at least a year old but had to return this pattern due to sizing. Go up in size if you order this super cute pattern."
