"These are darling shoes, without being cutesy or dorky -- both of which I don't work for me. They're quite comfortable, and don't look like silly Keds, because they have the elevation of the platform; the fraying gives them a worn-in look, but the shoe is dressier than Walk Hero, or the like. Toms never disappoints!"

"The return policy is horrid, they charge you a restocking fee. I tried the brand for the first time seeing some cute shoes. . Not knowing how fit ordered several pairs. Kept two returned the rest.
